Tyrannosaurus Rex T Rex Claw Fossil Collectible RareThe t-rex claw and finger were found together in the hell creek formation of montana on privaet land. I found the claw lying in a soft mudstone layer i picked it up adn couldn't believe my eye's that i stumbled upon a rex claw. I combed the area for some time to find the tip to no avail. A few feet away was the associated finger so i was happy to find that! I believe this to be a finger digit (phalange) as you can see in the last picture i added for reference from a replica. So that wuold make this a finger claw more rare than a toe! Correct me if i'm wrong. The clwa measures 2 1/2 inches in length if whole around 3 inches. The claw measures 1 1/2 in width by 1 inch in thickness. The claw even has holes were blood vessels ran. The phalange measures 3 1/2 inches in length by 1 1/2 inches wide by 1 1/2 in thickness.
